48-Hour Broker Management Skills Course (Required) Location: Bowling Green, KY
The Kentucky Broker Management Skills Course is required by the Kentucky Real Estate Commission for any existing real estate agent who is attempting to become licensed as a broker. Currently this course must be conducted in the classroom so the hours are 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m on the following Wednesday's and Thursday's. The reason for skipping weeks is the KREC requires the course be spread out over a one month period of time.
Class meets: October 22nd and 23rd, Nov 5th, 6th, 19th, and 20th.
The final exam will be given the afternoon of the 20th. If you have any questions about this course, please call Todd directly at 270-779-8679.
*Textbook is included with tuition of $495. Next Broker Managmenet Skills Course will be in 2009.
