Each Student Required to Complete a Project

If you've been on the fence waiting for a reason to sign up for our prelicense course, this might be it. We already adhere to higher standards than traditional classroom courses, but the Kentucky Real Estate Commission did implement one new rule. As part of the pre-license course, you will have to complete a "project" in addition to completing all normal coursework. Any student who registers before November 1st would be not be subject to having to complete this "project". In our school the project will be to complete a marketing plan for a house that you pick out. We'll be giving you guidance, but we wanted to give everyone a "heads up" in case you wanted to avoid the project altogether. If you have any other questions, just let us know.
